Christian Hemedi Bayolo, the IPC (CN-CPI) coordinator of the National Coalition of RDC calls to a fast action for the adoption of the implementation law.

M. Donat-Cattin of Parliamentarians heart Global Action (PGA)explained that the objectors to the project of law succeeded in choking the question during years.
